While it is very dark ruby, it will strike lovers of claret-style wines with its Cabernet-like structure and form. Possessing a wow of spice and having characters of cherry pie and fresh berry preserves, this wine will bring out the best flavors of your typical California cuisine—grilled chicken, smoked barbeque, and other fresh and organic foods.
